Your perfect fit is important. Please note that sizing is the buyer’s responsibility. If confused, we strongly recommend purchasing our Zentra Size Finder before ordering your ring to ensure accuracy and avoid sizing issues. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
What If my ring arrives damaged?
If your ring arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
What ring sizes do you offer?
Our rings use the standard U.S. sizing system, which numbers sizes from 7 to 12. Please note, we currently only offerwhole sizes, no half sizes like 7.5 or 8.5. To ensure the best fit, we recommend rounding your measurement to the nearest whole size. If you’re between sizes, consider choosing the larger size for comfort.
