Return & Refund Policy

At Zentra, we stand behind the quality and intention of every ring we deliver. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be damaged or defective to qualify for a return.

To begin a return, please provide:

  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue (such as damage or defect).

  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing from customer error.

  • Claims of undelivered items must be supported with clear evidence. We take fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and our store.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund—in most cases, no return is required.


1-Year Limited Warranty

Beyond the initial 30-day return period, Zentra offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • If your ring experiences any functional issues due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement ring.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Refunds are not available under this warranty, only replacement products.
